Hey, I’m Stef! Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist, and pasta addict. I built Thrive to help people gain confidence, self-love, and long-term results without the BS of quick fixes. With degrees in Exercise Science & Rehab, plus 3+ years in the industry, I take a realistic, no-judgment approach, coaching clients both in-person at my home studio, online and public gyms!

My Story

I’m Stef! An Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Nutritionist, and self-proclaimed pasta enthusiast.
 

I’ve always been fascinated by how the body works and how movement can completely transform someone, not just physically, but mentally too. I didn’t have a clear career path in high school, just a passion for health and a determination to go beyond the basics. I wanted to learn more than just “do squats and eat protein”, so I dove deep into the science. That led me to complete:

✅ Bachelor of Science (Exercise & Sports Science)
✅ Bachelor of Science (Exercise Science & Rehabilitation)
✅ Nutritionist Certificate (Women’s Fitness Academy)
✅ 3+ years of hands-on industry experience
 

I built Thrive because I wanted to help people break free from quick fixes and extreme programs. My approach is all about realistic, sustainable changes that build confidence, self-love, and long-term success, without giving up the foods you love (because, let’s be real, life without pasta isn’t a life worth living).
 

I work in-person and online, coaching clients in both a public gym and my own home gym. Thrive is a place where you can show up as you are, without judgment, and know you’ll be supported every step of the way.
 

On a personal note, I’ve been through my own personal health challenges, so I know firsthand how important it is to listen to your body and train in a way that supports your lifestyle, not wrecks it.
