Delivered through the Everfit app, you'll get structured workouts with video demos, flexible scheduling, and a weekly check-in that keeps you supported and accountable.
 

As your life shifts, your plan can shift too, based on how you're feeling, moving, and progressing. You’re in control, but never on your own.

TAILORED NUTRITIONAL ADVICE

Forget FAD diets, cutting out entire food groups, or trying to be “perfect.” My approach to nutrition is grounded in education, flexibility, and real-world application.

If you’re struggling with energy, strength, digestion, inflammation, or just feel disconnected from food, we’ll work together to shift that. You’ll get personalised support that might include macro or calorie targets (only if it serves you), weekly reviews of your food logs, and practical strategies that fit your lifestyle, not someone else's meal plan.
